Making something uniquely yours is a special process. To help us create your perfect fit, please keep the following details in mind:

Customization Fee: A flat styling and tailoring charge of ₹300 applies to all personalized garments.
Payment Method: Since these pieces are crafted specifically for you, we only accept prepaid orders (COD is not available).
Made Just For You: Because each customized item is uniquely tailored to your measurements, these orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Delivery Timeline: Great things take a little more time! Customized products require a few extra days for processing and dispatch.

Share Your Fit: Provide your accurate measurements using our guide below to help our tailors get it right.
Review & Confirm: Our team will review your details and send a confirmation once your order is accepted.
Crafting & Shipping: Once confirmed, we begin the careful process of crafting your garment and will notify you as soon as it’s on its way.

For the most comfortable fit, please use a measuring tape and record your details in inches.

Kurti Measurements

Chest: Measure around the fullest part of the chest.
Waist Size: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline.
Hip Size: Measure around the widest part of your hips.
Kurti Length: Measure from the high point of your shoulder to your desired hemline.
Sleeve & Arm: Include your preferred Sleeve Length, Muscle Size (widest part of upper arm), Armpit Size, and Elbow Size.
Neck Depth: Measure diagonally from the shoulder tip to where you want the neckline to start.

Pant Measurements

Pant Length: Measure from your waistband down to where you want the trousers to end.
Hip Size: Measure around the fullest part of the hips.
Leg Details: Provide measurements for your Thigh, Knee, and Ankle (at the narrowest part) to ensure ease of movement.

We start work on your custom piece only after a final confirmation from our team.
Please double-check your measurements! As we tailor strictly to the numbers provided, Vastra Varan cannot be responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements.
The complexity of your design may slightly extend the delivery time, but we promise the wait is worth it.
