2. Orders and Payments

  • Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to product availability and final acceptance by our team.

  • Payment Methods: We offer various secure payment modes as indicated during checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for select locations. Please note that COD orders may require additional processing time before they are dispatched.

  • Confirmation: Your order is officially confirmed once the payment is successfully processed or the COD request is approved.

3. Product Information & Craftsmanship

We strive for complete accuracy in our descriptions, images, and pricing. However, please consider the following:

  • Handcrafted Nature: Because our products are handcrafted—particularly our handblock prints—small irregularities may occur. These are not defects but unique characteristics of artisanal work.

  • Digital Display: Slight color variations may occur due to differences in screen resolutions and monitor settings.

  • Customized Pieces: Custom orders are uniquely tailored and therefore require additional time. These items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Dispatch Timeline: Standard orders are typically dispatched within 6 to 8 working days.

  • Delivery Estimates: Once dispatched, your package should reach you within 3 to 5 days, depending on your location.

  • Delays: Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to public holidays, natural calamities, or unforeseen logistical events.

  • Shipping Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping details are 100% accurate. Vastra Varan is not responsible for extra costs or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

To maintain our quality standards, we accept exchanges or returns within 48 hours (2 working days) of delivery, specifically for:

  1. Receipt of a damaged product.

  2. Receipt of an incorrect size or item.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with the bill included. Refunds are initiated within 10 business days of approval. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

6. Customized Orders

  • Fee: A flat customization charge of ₹300 per garment applies.

  • Payment: We do not offer COD for customized items; these must be prepaid.

  • Process: To start, contact our team with your request and provide accurate measurements. Your order is only finalized after a direct confirmation from the Vastra Varan team.

  • Final Sale: All customized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. Intellectual Property & Privacy

  • Ownership: All content on this website—including logos, text, graphics, and images—is the exclusive property of Vastra Varan and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law & Modifications

  • Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
