At Vastra Varan, we celebrate the art of the handmade. To ensure you love your purchase, please keep the following in mind:

Handblock Characteristics: Minor irregularities in prints or weaves are not defects. They are the natural hallmarks of handcrafted processes, showcasing the unique artistry behind every single piece.

Individually Made: Each garment is crafted specifically for you, reflecting the true beauty of handmade craftsmanship.
2. Quality Assurance & Sustainability

Multi-Level Checks: Every product undergoes rigorous quality inspections before dispatch. We only ship items that meet our high standards of excellence.

Eco-Friendly Mindset: As part of our made-to-order model, we aim to reduce waste and our carbon footprint.

A Small Request: If a minor issue can be easily fixed by a local tailor, we encourage you to do so. This small step helps reduce carbon emissions from transport. We kindly ask you to avoid unnecessary exchanges unless there is a genuine issue from our end.
3. Exchange & Return Eligibility
We want to ensure a fair process for all our customers. If you need to request an exchange or return, please note:

Time Frame: Requests must be made within 48 hours (2 working days) of delivery. We are unable to accept requests after this period.

Applicable Situations: Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged or if the incorrect size/product was sent.

Item Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with the bill included.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all requests.
4. Refund Process

Approval: Refunds are only applicable if the issue is verified as a fault from our end. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

Timeline: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to process the credit.

5. Shipping & Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping. If the return is approved due to an error on our part, we will reimburse these charges after inspection. Shipping charges themselves are non-refundable.

Self-Ship: We currently do not offer reverse pickup. Customers must self-ship the item back to our Jaipur address.

Customized Products: Since they are made specifically for your body, customized or altered garments are not eligible for return or exchange. Please double-check your measurements before confirming.
6. Policy Updates
